The staff greeted me with warm smiles. My room had a cozy atmosphere with high end touches, and the bed was very comfy. The location was amazing for exploring many popular sites. I greatly appreciated that the hotel provides access to the spa, I enjoyed relaxing after long days.

The room felt quite small, making it a bit difficult to move around comfortably.

the room was very clean. the breakfast included several options. the hotel staff was always available.

the lift was small , and it only fitted one person with a suitcase. the room service menu offered limited choices for children. the private jacuzzi needed to be booked in advance.

I wasn't really happy. my room was VERY small. it was difficult to move around ESPECIALLY with luggage. the elevator WAS tiny. It barely fit one person and a bag.

The staff was really helpful with directions. The breakfast room had beautiful decor and excellent food options. I liked the fresh pastries. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The lift was small, I could barely fit in with my luggage! The room was tiny, there was almost no space around the bed. It was quite inconvenient. The bathroom was tiny too.
